What are Project Stakeholders?

In PMP terminology, Project Stakeholders are: Individuals, groups, or organizations that may affect, be affected by, or perceive themselves to be affected by a project, decision, or outcome.

Stakeholders include anyone who has an interest in the project or its results.

They can be:
• Inside the organization
• Outside the organization
